Foster graduated from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia and completed much of his final year of law school as a transient student at Vanderbilt University School of Law. He passed the Tennessee bar exam in Fall 2023.
After working with one of the Nation’s most successful, metrics-driven law firms in Nashville, Foster knew he wanted to work in a plaintiffs’ injury firm, so he could more directly help individual people. He and his family were called to move back to North Alabama in early 2024 and everyone he asked recommended Morris, King & Hodge.
