Paralegal
Becky Parmer has joined the law firm of Morris, King & Hodge, P.C., as a paralegal with over 20 years of legal experience.
A native of the Grant and Guntersville area of North Alabama, Becky traces her interest in the law back to a traumatic accident in her childhood. “I was involved in a horrific car wreck at a young age and was lucky enough to work with a respectable team of attorneys who made the process less burdensome,” she said.
Becky initially studied nursing but decided to change directions after having her first child. “I combined my love for the medical field and law into a fulfilling path of injury law,” she said.
When asked what she likes most about her work at the law firm, she zeroed in on helping people. “I love helping people put their lives back together after being altered through no fault of their own,” Becky responded. She used the adjectives “professional, straightforward, honest, and caring” to describe Morris, King & Hodge, P.C.
Becky and her husband Jarrod have two boys in college, Ethan and Zach, as well as two “fur babies,” Jolene and Pippa. When not at work, Becky enjoys anything outdoors, including Jeep trail riding, running, kayaking, and lake life.
